Fair Use Policy
Last updated: July 21, 2025
Our Philosophy
The "Unlimited Monthly Executions" feature included in our Pro and Lifetime plans is designed to provide you with peace of mind and predictable costs. Our goal is to support all legitimate, production-level use cases without our customers having to worry about counting every single API call.
What Constitutes Fair Use?
Fair use includes, but is not limited to:
- Scheduling notifications, reminders, and follow-ups for your users.
- Running frequent data synchronizations with third-party services.
- Processing orders, payments, or other transactional events.
- Any standard business logic that requires high-frequency, asynchronous tasks.
What is Not Considered Fair Use?
This policy exists to prevent abuse that could degrade the quality of service for all our users. Activities that are not considered fair use include:
- Attempting to execute an excessive number of jobs (e.g., millions) in a very short period for purposes such as load testing, stress testing, or any non-standard, high-intensity operations.
- Using the service for activities that resemble a Denial-of-Service (DoS) attack.
- Any use case that results in a disproportionately high load on our shared infrastructure.
For 99.9% of users, you will never have to worry about this policy. If you anticipate having extreme-scale needs (typically in the tens of millions of executions per month), please contact us to discuss a dedicated enterprise solution.
